The Raleigh Area Development Authority (RADA), is a not-for-profit corporation - 501 C (3) - organized to provide and stimulate investment in Raleigh’s most underdeveloped and neglected communities.
To achieve this, we provide a range of loan products, including pre-development, bridge, equity, and subordinated funding for desirable real estate and business projects that will contribute to economic growth in our market area.
We accomplish this through investment, brokerage and intermediary relationships with our financial partners, including:
- The United States Government
- The City of Raleigh
- Banks
- Insurance companies
- Community Development Enterprises (CDE)
- Pension funds
- Foundations
- Corporations.
RADA works to connect these sources with commercial and residential investment opportunities that will contribute to the improvement of low and moderate income residential and commercial communities throughout the area.
